I’ve built a career leading Operations and Finance teams while driving strategic growth planning for scaling omnichannel retail and eCommerce businesses. At URBN, I helped grow the Anthropologie direct-to-consumer business from $0 to over $100M and later helped scale the Free People brand from $170M to over $500M. I’ve led from both the ground up and at the executive level, and I understand what it takes to scale while leveraging existing resources and teams.
